A balanced session designed to align and harmonize your chakras. Enjoy deeper relaxation and leave feeling centred, refreshed, and recharged. In Person or Online, 40 minutes session.

what to expect

You are welcomed in to the practice. with smells of lavender and sage. If we meet virtually, we will log on to zoom.

Discussion
We will discuss your present day, and what has brought you to me. This is a private space and everything is kept confidential.

Get Comfy
You will enter a space of positive energy and lay down in my reiki above or at your bed (or space of choosing) at home.

We will use a specially curated track, asking you to close your eyes before we begin the session.

Intuitive Scan
I will call in the flow of Reiki energy and conduct an intuitive review ‘feeling your aura’ to understand where we are being called to focus.

Custom treatment
Based on your selected session, the treatment steps will vary.

Energy & Sound
As I detect blockages, I will use specific crystal layouts and sound tools to help clear blockages. In a virtual session I will be layering these the exact same way.

Closing & Connect
You will receive time to relax and get back to the present. We will talk about your experience and my findings. at the end of the session.
