Reiki I is a beautiful journey open to anyone who is curious about energy healing, enhancing their own universal life force and beginning their healing journey.
For me Energy is holistic. I make every effort to infuse these classes with my knowledge across various practices including; Astrology, Wicca Rituals, Sound, Energy medicine, Crystals and Chakras.
For me, Reiki is a modality that has enhanced many parts of my life. I look at it as a backbone that enhanced my intuition, supported my understanding of my self (in all contexts of body, mind, soul) and I want to return this practice to you. I am here for any questions, always!

Is there anything I need to do before class?
There is some pre-work, I will email you that I have seen give an even better experience for students, all I ask is you just show up with an open mind.
I believe Reiki should be experienced and practiced before researched. I will suggest some reading post taking the class, to be followed up at your discretion.
Is there anything I should bring to class?
You may want to bring a personal water bottle, but otherwise, no need to bring anything to class. Class and writing materials will be provided.
Please dress comfortably as you will be on and off the Reiki table.
I want to attend, but can’t make the dates.
I offer 121 sessions and paired sessions. We will work around both our availability to find the right date and time.
Do I need prior experience for Reiki 1 class?
No Reiki 1, does not require any prior experience.
What is the class structure and size?
My classes are limited to no more than 6 students. I make every effort to make the day enjoyable, informative and a strong healing experience for everyone.
