The Sacred Wave sessions represent an immersion of healing, energy activations, deep self-work with sound therapy at the heart of it all.

Each soundscape, inspired by the Sounds of the Himalayas, brings the natural sound frequencies of 7 Hz, 40 Hz, and more. These frequencies in particular mimic the vibrations of grounding on the earth and induce brain activity, encourage relaxation, brain performance and support concentration.

These frequencies are part of every Waves session. Immersing ourselves in to these waves helps our brain produce the same frequency. Waves sessions are holistic – each will incorporate different energy practices, such as Sound + Reiki, Divination, Rituals, and Breathwork.

A Shamanic Drum Journey for Inner Wisdom and Remembrance

As the drum begins, the world around you slows down. This June, join me for a sacred drumming ceremony shaped around one simple truth: the drum remembers what the mind forgets.

Through the steady, living rhythm of the drum, we create a space to reconnect with what is deeply familiar within us — your own inner wisdom, your own knowing, your own sense of home.

This is a guided shamanic drum journey held in a ceremonial circle.

The Opening Ceremony
We begin by grounding the space, setting intentions, and opening the circle with quiet focus. This is a time to arrive, breathe, and prepare your heart.

The Drum Journey
Once the circle is open, the drum becomes your guide. You’ll be gently led inward, where the steady beat supports a calm, meditative state. In this space, you’re invited to:

Release what no longer fits: Let go of tension, worry, and everyday weight.
Remember your inner wisdom: Return to your own knowing, clarity, and wholeness.
Reconnect with yourself: Meet the part of you that already knows the way.

Expertise in Sound

As a Sound healer, I am certified across levels 1,2,3 from 2 different institutions, with teachers in Nepal and India. I also have trained in Shamanic journeying to reset and rewire. What should I look for when I choose a sound bath?

The 3 ‘I’s –
Instructor: learn about the instructor, where did they learn from and their qualifications.
Instruments: instrument quality, types – mean your healing experience will be far more profound.
Intuition: look at what is on offer, and how it intrinsically feels to you.

What happens during a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you lie down and are “bathed” in soothing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sound tools.

Do I need experience with meditation or sound healing to attend?

No prior experience is necessary. Sound baths are suitable for everyone*. Participants simply need an open mind and a willingness to relax and receive the healing vibrations of the sounds .
*For those with medical conditions, see who can attend a sound bath.

What should I wear and bring to a sound bath?

You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, preferably in layers to adjust to body temperature changes during relaxation. Everything you need will be provided to you during the session. You are welcome to bring anything you feel you need to get you in to a more relaxed state.

Who can attend a south bath?

Sound baths are open to everyone, including children who can stay quiet and still during the session. Children under 15 should be accompanied by an adult.
Sound baths are not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or with medical devices like pacemakers or metal implants or history of epilepsy. If you have health concerns, please consult your doctor.

What If I need to cancel?

For WAVES MINI sessions, you are welcome to change your date to the next available month, at no additional cost. Please get in touch.

For WAVES JOURNEY sessions, as these sessions are highly sought after with limited spaces, these can only be exchanged for a future WAVES MINI Session.
