An immersive soundscape inspired from the Sounds of the Himalayas to bring the natural sound frequencies of 7hz, 40hz and more. These frequencies in particular mimic the vibrations of grounding on the earth and induces brain activity, encourages relaxation, brain performance and supports concentration,
These frequencies are part of every Waves session. Immersing in to these waves, help our brain produce the same frequency. Waves session are holistic – each will incorporate different energy practices, Sound plus; Reiki, Divination, Rituals and Breath-work.
Especially curated to bring a pause in to our busy lives. Step into an immersive experience and recharge with a dedicated 45 minutes+ session combining breath work, a Reiki Banquet and Tibetan Sound Bowl Chakra Balancing. Additional instruments will be used to accompany the session.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you lie down and are “bathed” in soothing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sound tools.
You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, preferably in layers to adjust to body temperature changes during relaxation. Everything you need will be provided to you during the session. You are welcome to bring anything you feel you need to get you in to a more relaxed state.
Sound baths are open to everyone, including children who can stay quiet and still during the session. Children under 15 should be accompanied by an adult.
Sound baths are not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or with medical devices like pacemakers or metal implants. If you have health concerns, please consult your doctor.
For WAVES MINI sessions, you are welcome to change your date to the next available month, at no additional cost. Please get in touch.
For WAVES JOURNEY sessions, as these sessions are highly sought after with limited spaces, these can only be exchanged for a future WAVES MINI Session.
